Short version: there's nothing to refund right now. Delegate is a free pilot, so you are never charged.
The pilot is free
During the current pilot the course costs nothing and no card is required. Because you don't pay, there is no payment to refund.
When paid enrollment opens
If we introduce a one-time purchase later, we'll post clear, fair refund terms on this page before you can pay — so you'll know exactly where you stand before spending anything.
