This page explains what personal data Delegate collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it minimal on purpose. Delegate's pilot runs in Thailand, so this page follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For any privacy request, email support@delegateclaude.com.
What we collect
Only what the course needs: your name and email, your progress through the lessons, and your graded attempts together with the feedback the grader returns. That's it — we don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell your data.
What we don't keep
When you submit an exercise, we grade the output file or files you shipped. We do not store your Cowork prompting transcript — only the submitted output bundle is processed and kept with your attempt. Your day-to-day work inside Cowork stays on your side.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (hosted database and login), the Anthropic API (grades the work you submit), Vercel (hosts the website), and Resend (sends your feedback emails). Each one only handles what it needs to do its job.
Your rights (PDPA)
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or have it deleted. Email support@delegateclaude.com and we'll take care of it. Deleting your data closes your account and removes your progress and attempts.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open, so your progress and feedback stay available. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems.
